We offer free shipping on all orders above the €150 in the Netherlands. All other countries have shipping costs which you can check at the order checkout while selecting the right country.
As we produce on demand, production time can take up to 14 working days. If an ordered item is on stock, this period will be shorter.
Shipping in The Netherlands will be max. 2 working days. The delivery time for other countries differs and depends on the distance our parcel has to cover.
In case you didn’t receive your order confirmation, check your spambox because it might be there. If not, please contact us at info@the2050.com and we will provide it.
We send all orders directly to our fulfilment department to speed up our delivery process. If you want to modify your order please contact us immediately. We will check the status and the possibility to make adjustments. If your order has already been processed we will have to wait until it is been delivered to you, so you can return it.

Some countries have additional charges added by local customs which you have to pay. 2050 does not cover any import charges.

As we work with a fulfilment partner, you can’t exchange it for the right size in a shop. Please follow the return policy and order the right size.
After our fulfilment department received your return, we will refund the original item(s) price(s) within 5 working days.
